We are super excited that ATX Game Makers is partnering up with Fantastic Arcade, The Museum of Human Achievement, and Babycastles to present entries to their media jam, as well as entries to our very own October Challenge: SUPERNATURAL!
What is the ATX Game Makers Monthly Challenge you ask? For an entire month, musicians, designers, writers, and artists of all kinds are encouraged to create and share work based on our set theme. At the end of the month we will share each others work and discuss processes that went into the creations. Our goal is to help challenge our community and keep their skills growing!
The added benefit to this challenge is that partnering with The Fantastic Arcade will help get your work seen by more and more people! Fantastic Arcade celebrates, amplifies, and supports the unique and underrepresented within indie games and beyond. The Museum of Human Achievement (MoHA) cultivates new work, community, and vibe by providing radically affordable arts space to support artists and audiences in the creation of new ideas. And finally, Babycastles is a NYC based collective fostering and amplifying diverse voices in videogame culture. Babycastles provides artists support to actualize ideas and expose that work to new audiences.
